| Cholayil Sanjeevanam takes great pleasure in announcing the one-of- its-kind 'Dosa Fest’ once again. The festival happening simultaneously at our restaurant in Mugappair, Adyar & Nungambakkam from the 29th January - 7th February 5.00pm onwards, will feature over 60 varieties of mouth watering Dosas ranging from the humble Sada Dosa to the exotic fusion varieties such as the Spring Roll, Vepampoo and the Pizza dosa served with Naturally Fresh Thulasi,Karpooravalli chutneys among other accompaniments. The dosas are prepared from White rice, Bran rice, Green gram dhal, Ragi, Wheat, Wheat Rava, Corn, Kambu, Thenai including Health Adai made from a healthy mix of pulses. The stuffing ranges from the simple masala to the speciality farm fresh Manathakkali keerai,naturally juicy aloe vera stuffing. Keeping to the Cholayil Sanjeevanam concept of providing tasty and healthy food, all the dosas are prepared using negligible oil while providing a treat to the taste buds. |
